August and September Pictures...

We took a family trip to San Diego last month. We had a great time!! Jacob loves swimming and is getting pretty good at it. He also loved the beach. He just sat for hours and dug and dug and dug in the sand. He liked to play in it, dig in it and eat it. He just didn't like it on his feet. I can hardly believe he is going to be two in a few weeks. He is starting to really talk now. He can say Pizza, sister, cow and Elmo. He is a HUGE Elmo fan. THis has just started in the last week or so. He asks for it first thing in the morning and would watch it all day if I let him. He got a new tricycle and rides it outside all the time. He loves to climb on things and will go very high and just JUMP off. He still eats anything we put in front of him, especially salad. He is crazy about it. He loves peperoni, bbq sauce and cheese. As always, he is a happy, happy boy....

We also got him his first little bike and he has already figured out how to ride it. He loves to go on rides with his daddy and Lauren. He loves his little sister and always asks to hold her and is very gentle with her. We loves to hold her bottle and finds her pacifier whenever we can't find it. He is still very attached to his "lambie", his special blanket and always wants to take it out of bed with him. We has started to epress an interest in going to the "big boy" potty so we will see how that work out.

Cubby is starting to show some pretty intense signs of anger and having a hard time controlling himself. We know he is only two and it is pretty normal, but I am not sure if his anger goes beyond the boundries of normal. He tries to hurt people when he is mad and because he is so strong, we need to watch him. Most of the time, though, he is a very sweet and loving little boy. Right now he is very attached to Derek. Every time I am on the phone, he thinks it is his daddy and he wants to "talk". He has also started to come up to us and just hug us at random and say "I love you". He loves nursury and is a pretty good boy there. He is still quite young for preschool.

We will be coming to Utah at Christmas-time and would be happy to meet you guys somewhere and have a meeting. We are just waiting for an update letter from you all to let us know you would like that. Just send the letter to Wood Crapo and they will forward it. You have moved since you gave me your last address, so we don't even know how to contact you. It is up to you to make that first step. Hopefully we can see you and the kids this Christmas time.

Here are some photos from August and September........
